District II is composed of Banks, Cherokee, Dawson, Fannin, Forsyth, Franklin, Gainesville City, Gilmer, Hall, Habersham, Hart, Lumpkin, Pickens, Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union, and White County School Systems.
Hello! My name is Paige Carithers and I’m the new District II Director. For the past six years, I’ve been the Regional Science Coordinator for the Northeast Georgia Youth Science & Technology Center (NEGYSTC) housed at Pioneer RESA in Cleveland (White County). Prior to that I’ve worked with science education as a Upward Bound Math & Science Instructor, a Peace Corps volunteer in Panama, and I have a Master’s degree in Zoology/Ecology.
