GSTA Conference Covid Guidelines for Attendees

  • All attendees will be required to wear a well-fitted mask over the nose and mouth while in indoor spaces. CDC recently suggested the use of NIOSH approved masks because of their efficacy.

  • Attendees should adhere to the posted room limit sign - once that number has been reached, the door will be closed and participants will be asked to attend another session.

  • Plan your schedule in advance with a 2nd and 3rd choice in case the session is full. The Amphitheatre is a large capacity room with general sessions in almost every timeslot.

  • Maintain social distancing of at least 3 feet per school guidance issued by the CDC.

  • The Hilton has a number of hand disinfecting stations throughout the center.  Please notify the front desk if one is empty.

  • If you become ill, notify a GSTA staff member who can transport you or provide directions to an emergency clinic or hospital.

  • If you have not been vaccinated, GSTA strongly urges you to take the time to become vaccinated.

  • All attendees will be required to sign a Covid waiver in the Whova conference app.

  • Look for the Comfort by Color stations located near Registration! Indicate your personal comfort level by placing the appropriate sticker on your name badge.
