All attendees will be required to wear a well-fitted mask over the nose and mouth while in indoor spaces. CDC recently suggested the use of NIOSH approved masks because of their efficacy.
Attendees should adhere to the posted room limit sign - once that number has been reached, the door will be closed and participants will be asked to attend another session.
Plan your schedule in advance with a 2nd and 3rd choice in case the session is full. The Amphitheatre is a large capacity room with general sessions in almost every timeslot.
Maintain social distancing of at least 3 feet per school guidance issued by the CDC.
The Hilton has a number of hand disinfecting stations throughout the center. Please notify the front desk if one is empty.
If you become ill, notify a GSTA staff member who can transport you or provide directions to an emergency clinic or hospital.
If you have not been vaccinated, GSTA strongly urges you to take the time to become vaccinated.
All attendees will be required to sign a Covid waiver in the Whova conference app.
Look for the Comfort by Color stations located near Registration! Indicate your personal comfort level by placing the appropriate sticker on your name badge.
