ESO Event Map
Please see the map of Kennesaw State campus below. You'll see each of the buildings we are using along with the events taking place. Teams will set up their home base around the campus green. Each team is encouraged to bring pop up tents, folding chairs, coolers, snacks/food and any other materials you may need.
PRE-Order Lunch Options
Lunch options on KSU's campus are limited on the day of the ESO. Teams should plan to pack lunches or pre-order. It is not easy to leave campus and get food, but not impossible.
Here are two options to pre-order food and have it delivered to the KSU Campus during lunch on May 7th.
There are multiple hotels near KSU. Here are a few that we have used in the past. You'll need to contact the hotel directly for reservations.
TownPlace Suites by Marriott Kennesaw
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Kennesaw
Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta NW/Kennesaw Town Center
Hampton Inn Atlanta Kennesaw
ESO Code of Conduct
Please review the code of conduct as set forth by the National Science Olympiad. The Georgia ESO will abide by the same spirit and guidelines outlined here.
Teams will be asked to submit a signed student & parent pledge agreement along with an event permission form for each student on their team.
Our Elementary Science Olympiad is staffed by a small army of volunteers who are donating their time and expertise to provide this valuable learning opportunity to your students. Failure of students, parents and coaches to follow the expectations established in the Code of Conduct and ESO Pledge may result in disqualification.
